Can somebody please supply me with a wiring diagram when using the LT only of the HT coil & an external coil. Thankyou

It is quite a simple layout. One end of LT coil is earthed anyway. Other end to points and single wire (from points) on up to tag on coil. Capacitor is in parallel with points so can either be in mag case (connected to points) or up under tank from coil tag to earth as this is effectively in parallel with points as before.
